Hi everyone. We, L2Hektor staff, are excited for the beggining of this project and we are really ready to put any effort it takes to get it at top. We've already experienced tons of servers since c1 and we know the competition is tough, people are demanding, the period isn't the best one to start from the beggining BUT having all that in mind we know that being less than exact and consistent on the scene will fail you. We dont have any intentions to fail. We will work hard to provide a friendly server, with stable economy, stable files, sophisticated and balanced gaming system. We will have professional staff to work with us and we'll be there when our players need us. We don't consider ourselves to be better than anyone in here, we just know who we are and what we can offer.

what is the enchant rate?

and when server will go live?

Thank you for correcting me.

Retail enchant rates  and server's live release will depend on the problems that will occur during beta. We hope it wont take long since our dev is working hard on them and the files were pretty stable.
