my Russian friend find them on different forum ... forum is in Russian language if somebody would like to have link for that pm me cuz i dunno if i can send similar forum links here , anyway he find them on that lets call it "XXXXXXX" forum where they was talking about first EU server made by them , where whole community from all country's will be able to play in one server , so EU + RU etc. they mad an poll to first see what type of server EU guys like , then they are going to create a features for EU players and run the server on their files ... i have one guy msn if somebody would like to talk with him i will send it on priv as well ... Also i'm not getting too much info cuz they are working a lot as i can see (online 24/7) but not talk too much just simple answers like i ask about poll etc. ... Also i seen those poll links shared on different forums so i'm sure this is going to be big x]

3. NPC Buffer - YES (except 3rd buffs ) In my opinion, don't include pet buffs, if you don't have 3rd class buffs on npc half of server would be bots. (even tho i like not having 3rd class buffs on npc xD )

4. NPC GM SHOP - YES (only up to B grade ) (So.. what about donates?.. 2nd week of server donators will come with S-A grades?... make it A.. or leave it B but don't let donators have A-S)

5. Class Manager - YES

6. Quest SubClass Noblesse - Full Quest (With some q items on shop imo)

7. Epic RaidBoss - Retail

8. Event's - Custom by GM

9. Custom Zone's - No Customs Zones

10. GlobalGateKeeper - No Epic RaidBoss Teleports

11. Quests for Epic RaidBoss? - YES

12. Olympiad - 2 weeks period (make it 1 )

13. Enchant - +16 max , 30% (this sounds to me as a donation enchant rate..hope you won't include enchantment on donation otherwise it's good)

14. Siege - every 2 weeks (this rly has to be 1 !!!)

15. Buffs - all buffs 1h except 3rd (10 min , cat 5) ( imo 3rd 15min or as it is and pet buffs 2mins)
