Cheat Engine is a memory editor, so everything u change will be Cliend Side only...

 

It works with some games like gunbound and rakion though...

mmm... I use Cheat engine to other games, and you only can use to modify accumulable info, like in case of l2 adena or maybe enchants too, but try to modify your attack speed or speed with cheat engine, I think is imposible.
