The teacher should have respect towards its students, And the students the same too. The power/Priviliges does not mean that we are free to do to anything to people who we not like.

There is always a limit. But as long as students dont have respect, situation gets under control. So you have to take measures. And then comes the ban

i don't, and nothing has changed. Except, that bad students can threaten administrator to burn down the school and he cant do anything.
