[HELP]Cant Access a website

Well guys i have a problem .. 3 days now i cant access one website ...

The website is up and running but i cant connect to it from my pc .. i  told to my friends and they can access it but me not ..

Is not browser problem cause i cant access it from all the browsers ..

I Dont know wtf sh!t is blocking it .. i tried to change dns (opendns) but is steel blocking me ..

I closed the antivirus but nothing ..

Please guys find me a solution for this #$#@ problem ..

I closed my firewall and the problem steel exist ..
