NPE during ThreadPoolManager use. Error is kinda generic, the only fact you got is it is coming from Effects pool.

 

If it's coming on latest Freya, you should see with L2J directly to see if there is any fix. If you use a pack, ask them what they have broken or try to find it reading their timeline.

We are High Five, not Freya since more than a year. But lol@what they ahve broken :D

I'm aware, but you could eventually remember one changeset which could fix that issue, in case that issue would be from you (L2J).

 

As I said, if it's from another pack, try to contact them in order to see what they edited.

The error itself is not specific enough. What was suggested is to consult your source. If its L2j to check L2j timeline and if its a 3rd party pack to contact its source.
