Up are only every 24 hours. I think you will be warned.. After, idk how to make a new grace but look how an actual grace is done and c/p with modifications for your new grade.

i have added this in skillTrees->classSkillTree

and why after i delete the skill from skilltrees i don't get the errors ..

Because I read error and you, not. Your error is about duplicate items on Inventory, nothing to do with skills.

what i can do to fix it ???

About your GS logs, if it's latest L2J, report to their forums. I think they did some works about those duplicate items since that time, so think to update.

 

About your skill issue itself, I think what you did is enough. Be sure the skill id and level currently exist... And be sure you give it to the good class id.
