Safe +4-5 max 16-20.

Enchant rate with 75%-85% normal 90% blessed.

Easy farm up to 2 days max.

No custom armors-Weapons.

Online players 400+.

Decent clans to fight with..

Farmable raid bosses.

If anyone knows any idea please let me know.

L2Umet. Except the big community it has around 70-100 people daily online. But PvP each day is enough big. It's easy to make your gear, (1-2 days) 3 max. You can also ask help from other players.

Enchant is +10 max but in 3-4 days you can get in full equip. Around 300 online.
