There's a low chance that Vista could affect it, imo. What about your anti-virus, once my phx and walkers didn't work because of Kaspersky anti-virus. Or just your server is über leetly protected ;).

I would say it's vista, because I have tried phx on about 5 servers and in none of them it even NOTICED that it's running. Hlapex works tho, but on darkside it won't let me past the server selection screen.

My l2phx 3.18 always worked and now when i login it doesnt capture packets :S it used to before :<
