I whant to open  Gracia epilogue server with no bugs,but i didn't found it :D

Without basic knowledge you can't open a decent server and also don't make server with a preconfig pack.

 

And about your question you can use l2jserver (it's clean,but if you want to develop it,you need java knowledge)

None can't help you with a preconfig pack, because preconfig pack are not allowed here so than make a server with full bug (preconfig) better go and read some java guides/tutorials. This is the better way! ;)
