10x isn't low rate, with new buffs, zones and quests you can get 80+ in a day for sure.

Open a new server with good files isn't a fail, because there are more players on private servers than this shitty free game you still call l2.

Yeah that is perfect example "if i dont get 80+ in a day" Server is low rate.So lets go play GoD off x1 thats a HR i guess.So yeah this server is not 100% stable, but lets go play on off GoD, where is not a wipe and i spend like century to get full lvl on this chronicle, which i cant simply call L2 anymore.

 

The quiz: When is a base rate x10 And 300% its full Vitality + 50% Nevits Blessing + 50% PA = Rate is x ?

You are being so lame saying the same catch phrase all the time. Noone is hating, they are just stating that your server wont succeed because the concept is totally wrong. Just check your forum, its empty ... Your flag counter is low ... The site is an amateur work without much attention. To me it looks a bad attempt without much passion in it.
