[Help]Choose between OS (windows)

Hi everyone, i would like to ask 1 question.

 

Im intrested to buy 1 dedicated server for l2j usage and i want to know which os is better.

I have 2 choices

 

1)Windows Server 2008 R2 Web Edition

2)Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard Edition

 

Can anyone tell me if web edition is slower or anything than the standar edition?

If you can show me a similar thread it would be a great help.

The Standard Edition is very good, security enhanced.

 

The Web Server comes with IIS 7.5 (probably Standard too but less features) and some Web Server and DNS features... I wouldn't put a game server in the same machine as web server (.NET, ASP)

i agreed with zoey, Standart edition is more stable and security enhanced, This OS i'm using 4 years now... and i'm still using them... They never dissapointed me so i keep them.

Web Edition for server ? Are you serious bro ? Of course standard edition.
