Problem me to fileedit

look guys when i'm opening  l2.ini ( kamael ) with fileedit ( kamael which i downloaded from forum ) it shows me A file wasn't found maybe this file isnt encrypted Try to load this file? i'm clicking  OK and it shows me just and L and down
