I use magic pen reds, flat armor seals, mr per lvl glyphs (cdr might be good as well) and flat AP quintessences.

I think you don't need even armor with the jungle like it is right now. I used to jungle with fiddle with full AP Runes at 18 and MPEN Red. Now it will be more easier.
