[Help] New webhost never allows file editing

Hi, today i was moving all my files from one webhost to another, now when i tried to access them, always appeared the warn "access denied in file xxxx", so i changed my file's permissions and can use my files.

 

The problem here is that in my old webhost i never needed to change my permissions to be able to install anything, now i have to be changing my files permissioms everytime i try to install something.

 

Is this a webhost problem? or, a bad configuration problem?

And if it's possible, how can i configure to automatically make each folder and file have permission 777 ?
