both builds are bad ;)

the first has 2 LS(lattern is jungling item)

the second build combines madreds and infinity which are not compatible. crit vs dot = not viable

 

either go full dot (teemo alike) or go full dps-crit

 

i prefer dps crit

 

berz or mercurys

bloodthirster

infinity

phantom

cleaver

mallet

@ Noble.I always use Maderd's against huge healthed enemies.

 

But anyway, it's a matter of the enemies.You have to adapt to your team's needs.But vayne is a classi carrier.

They have improve Exhaust in masteries and they're playing with Ghost/Flash.

 

More pro guides on MOBAFIRE.

 

Good guides like Kog'Maw with Ghost & CV and Pantheon with Revive. You will find everything you need there.
