[Share] Under Constrution Website + News + PSD

Hello dear friends i made something for me but i will share with you maybe will be usefull when you gonna change website and you want to keep your users informed.

im not a pro but here it goes.

*the psd image is diferent from the one im using, but its very cool too, i do not changed images on /images folder cause i know you will change it with your image ^^

*used cute news modified to acess to administration just do /admin.php

*dont forget to edit $config_http_script_dir = "http://localhost"; and $config_notify_email = "EMAIL"; on data/config.php

*default admin user: admin pass: admin
