Changing Vision Of Armor

Hello! I am playing in L2 C4 server ! How can i change the vision of Dragonic Set (for example) ? ! I want to see Dragonic Bow like Icarus For example ! How can i change it?

I found the way to do it , but i have another problem now!

I cant open weapongrp.dat file to edit it !

I try lots of encdec or L2FileEdit but..........

Server it's C4 Retail !

Anyone who can help me with this?
