There's actually more to Premium accounts(PA's). They also get PC bang points, which enables some cool features that Koreans have.

 

Those include Rim Kamaloka(solo version of kamaloka), lvl 56 prophet buffs and some more stuff.

 

There's no thing like buying weapons HOWEVER there are BOXES that has a CHANCE to be opened to various types of enchants(like safe enchants as well). The thing is that those boxes are pretty expensive and chance to open the thing is pretty low. You literally need to invest thousands of dollars to make something super strong. Those safe enchants aren't 100% success chance either so you can start making a picture of how much this all costs.

 

Btw if you are concerned about balance of the game, don't worry, there are extremely few players who have thousands of dollars to droop to the game, meaning there will likely be 1 to 3 guys across the servers who does that.
