Some skills have coolTime...

But i can't understand its purpose

<set name="coolTime" val="1500" />

<set name="reuseDelay" val="75000" />

 

reuseDelay=time[ms] that the skill need to be ready for use again

coolTime=?

coolTime is for inactivity time after you use a skill. For e.g If you try...

 

<set name="coolTime" val="5000" />

 

... the caster will stay quiet for 5 senconds after cast the skill. For avoid overcasting skills.

Cooltime = ? To me useless I always removed that from the xml. Also re-use = the time the skill needs to be casted again. About the casting of the skill how fast or how slow the xml type it is <set name="hittime" val="1000"/>

Hittime is about for how long the caster cast his cast (lol xD)

I think kuriku is right.
