I Have Try Re-Instal It i Have Try Close Firewall I Have AVG 2011 And Iam Make It "allow all" and restart pc but nothing fack!

Ensure you are running as Admin (right click > run as administrator)

Uninstall Pando Media Booster

Install the latest version of .NET Framework

Ensure league of legends isn't being blocked by any Firewall or Anti-Virus programs by adding them to their designated "white list" (or temporarily disabling them).

Ensure your Router isn't blocking league of legends by connecting directly to your modem via an Ethernet cable.

Ensure Windows internet security isn't set too high (Control panel > Networking > Internet options > Security tab > "Medium - High" is acceptable)

Use the repair function built into the patcher

Reinstall the game into a new directory

Request support in a new thread, including a copy of your "rads_lol_launcher" & "rads_user_kernel" (see appendix for more information about log files)
