Question about a python code and java

Hello.. Today I was reading a code of a quest which was showing top PVP's...

I wanted to make it with java, but i have a small problem... it has a function "str", which is not defined in the quest script... can someone explain me what's this or how it works? I need to use it in java. Thanks.

It transforms the stuff (surely a int in your case, but can be any type of data) for a string, exploitable in a html.

Hmm alright, Thanks for the info. Actually I removed it, and still works in java :D

There's an equivalent in java for that code. It is often used, for exemple %playername%, tax rates, shift click GM panels, and so on.
