Endtime
I own an i5 3570K with 0 problems for a month. I've never tried Amd before so I'll vote for intel since I can overclock my i5 to 4.4Ghz with no stability problems with air cooling

ProJecT
It's like comparing iPhone 4S(Intel) with Samsung Galaxy S3(AMD). It's like you compare Adibas slippers with Lacoste shoes. And of course, who ever you ask they will say iPhone is better than S3, Intel is better than AMD. The thing that is each thing is being used for different things. Most of you here are gamers, you don't need intel. You need AMD. Plus 3.6 GHz Intel i7 with 4 cores costs 300 euros and AMD FX 8.150 Black Edition, 3.6 GHz with 8 cores costs 200 euros. And has the same(almost) things as the Intel. And let's not forget, AMD achieved to be overclocked at 8+ GHz. Which means 8x8(cores)=64 GHz. (I don't think that you have to unlock something)

ProJecT
Intell i7x8 the best way 2.93 ghz per core without Oc I am sorry. But same processor BLACK EDITION, 3.6 GHz Cores x8. And it costs only 180-230 euros. ;/. Thats true. Intel CPU's are better! Are you crazy? Have you seen the new FX Series? Have you ever tried to compare the "AMD FX 8150 3.6GHZ 8-CORE BLACK EDITION" with the " INTEL CORE I7-3820 3.60GHZ LGA2011 - BOX" ? AMD: 3.6 x8 - INTEL: 3.6 x4 Price: 200e - INTEL: 300e Both: CMOS: 32nm SOI AMD Max Overclock: 8.429 GHz. EACH CORE. Intel? Bitch please. I said it before and I will say it now. Intel IS FOR APPLE USERS. Are you designing? Editing? Have a server? Then go for Intel.

I had AMD FX-8150 and I bought Intel i7 3770k, I have ~45% better performance than before.
