WTB [WTB] No idea how to make it so i wanna buy it (small code)

player is pvping with the id of weapon that i want to have this effect

when his hp is 30% on the buff bar( the bar that buffs are) will get dash + ultimate evasion

 

example player has dragonic bow equip this will happen only if he wears the id of weapon i want :)

 

if someone dont understand i can be more clear
