On WoWemu there is a bug of speed, all it likely and so know, but We do so

: when on you cast delay is necessary quickly restart that's all speed will increase on so much, on how many you slowed down)

total don't understand, all speed bug i know of is with that trainer things, but hunter got some speed bug too
