How to make Zaken 80+?

Could you tell me, how can I make zaken at 80+?

 

EDIT: I mind, don't change his default lvl. But make new RB with instance.

Open navicat on npc table check for zaken and set it to lvl 80.

Wait, you want a new npc c/p of zaken, but lvl 80? If yes, go and c/p in npc.sql zaken line, change id and level and tadam.
