Problem with Donator Account.

So some time ago I've bought Donator Member account. There was wrote that it's for 10 years.

Donator Member 10 Years

Paid Subscription for a Donator Member. Payment via Paypal.(You pay only once!) Have access to all hidden topics and posts,Disable Ads,View Profiles Summary and Stats,View Memberlist!

Duration: 10 Years

 

As we can see it isn't and it was for only 1 year.

I feel a little bit scammed :| When I sent msg to Maxtor I didn't get any respond. Is that possible to get back Donator Account?

Problem is that to this time I was active. Since this time when I lost it i wrote 1 time to Maxtor he didn't answered me so I gave a fuck.

 

BTW: bubu show me any kind of rule that if you are inactive you loose your donator account for which you paid fucking $$
