i suppose its the bug where you have a summoner high level (eg necro) and you full buf the summon, party the lowbie, and send the summon to kill a mob, the lowbie must stay near the summon, and the summoner must be out of range. in that case the full xp goes to the lowbie (-summon%) instead of going to the high level.

so you can do lvl 1-20 in 1 mob etc.

when character is lower by 20 lvls no exp is gained
