hello all , iwanted to change mana potion  power  i mean it regen only 100 mana i want to make it as retial 700

i know its with java but there is  other way ?

What pack are u using, freya? If yes, go to: gameserver\data\stats\skills --> open 10000-10099.xml and edit power :)
