how to do it on windows 7 because i dont see option " Open With.."

like this

 

After extract it in desktop.Put in the desktop the utx that we make...Press right click in enc and press edit..

 

 

 

on my l2encdec with i click with right button or shift+right button i see only

 

 

i was try to open this and from notpad but i see only ..

you make something wrong.

 

1° Go to path where have l2encdec + utx

2° open dos with cmd command

3° type l2encdec -e Right_The_Name_Of_Your_UTX.utx

 

you continue with this error, try change name of utx not to long, more short :) ok good luck-
