btw,about the staff shits etc...i think global mods already know about these kind of things(who to promote demote etc)

 

separate private servers and marketplace from exploits

 

If they would the spammer only wannabes would be demoted alredy but they are still there.

Forum structure can't change so easily :P for sure many sections must change,but it's better like this than change it all

 

Same for staff,you can't simply delete a staff team so easily

Yes it can be done in minutes actually with a decision done about the new staff members an exchange can be done easily in a few minutes.

Anyway,just do the first about sections..though it's good now(This board merge done)only GFX board must get out of Guides And Tutorials plus a clild board 'Programming'

Staff wise:

 

Demote everyone except Noble and let Noble and Maxtor to "remake" the staff from 0.

Delete the gold,uploader,l2off dev membergroups

 

Section wise:

Delete the l2off boards.

Remake the Multiplayer Online Games in better forms based on game type.

Create a design related category.

Merge the offtopics with spam topics.

Move the competitions board to announcements.

Move the game preview and general discussion out from the announcements into the Multiplayer Online Games for example.

 

Mod wise:

delete karma.

add profile comments.

add post rating mod.

add administrative mods(auto topic/post merge eg).

add translator mod into posts.

 

etc:

Make 1 ruleset for the whole forum, delete every board specific rule and replace them with section use recommendations.

Make strong rules for moderators(in private) such as "megalomaniac behaviour(erols picture at eost 1st post) equals instant bann".

Any reference to anything related to "users have no rights whatsoever" type of quote by a staff member to shut someone up equals instant ban.
