Download Decal Converterhttp://www.4shared.com/file/39-Qbjmq/Decal_Converter.htm)(. This free program allows you to convert graphics to "Counter-Strike" custom sprays. A download link can be found in the Resources section.

Unzip Decal Converter and double-click "DecalConverter.exe" to run the program.

Use Decal Converter's File menu to open the file you wish to make into a custom spray. If you want to draw a new decal from scratch, use Microsoft Paint or another graphics program to draw the decal, then save it to your desktop and open within Decal Converter.

Open the "Picture" menu and choose "Make Decal." A pop-up menu will appear.

Navigate to your computer's "Counter-Strike" directory in Decal Converter's pop-up menu.

Select "OK" to make the custom spray. When you next spray graffiti in "Counter-Strike," it will be in the shape of the image you have created.
