Help Fandc Pvp Zone Code (Need Help)

Hello, Im working on a server bassed on fandc project. Right now Im trying to implement a pvp zone. I have this script but I can't make it work in the right way because after some minutes the player gets unflagged. So if someone can help me to make it works and the player to stay flagged until he leave the zone I would apreciate. (Sorry for my English). This is the code: -
Hello I know I can create a list with recipients by using the command //add_mail "char name". But after making the list, how can i send the email? Please guide! (Pack: Fandc H5 - Tales source that was being sold in here)
