plz help why when i'm talk for buff with my npc buffer it show "I'm nothing to say to you" i think make it right to execute sql and script in cfg and folder custom/quest this problem how can i do plz help me T^T i can't buff *-*

how can i get my buff from my npc buffer ,, now i put bottom GET buff but npc not show title buff page but show "You are either not on a quest that involves this. NPC, or you dont meet this NPC's minimum quest requirements" My server BETA 8814 how should i do T^T ....
