Hellbound will be unlocked and player will need just short quest "Path to the Hellbound" at Npc Casian.

What distribution you are using? If L2j H5 than use //hellbound where you can setup which level you want.

Link is working without problems, just make registration and you will be able to download it.

Try to add check for kamael classes which will block changing sex for them;)

No. You can make client restart/server restart and still you will have new gender.
