Nope they donť forget just admin of L2Argos is friend with this admin, so he send mass email from l2argos forum with advertisement for him :)

Just remove line with import com.l2jserver.gameserver.network.serverpackets.SocialAction; and you will not have this warning. I had that line for SocialAction for giving Hero (retail like) but mostly servers donť have done that SocialAction so I remove that, but forget to remove this import. Thx for report.
