  21. First of all do not know if this is right place to order if it is not please move the topic. Guys need a mod and as you guys here are fantastic in mods would like to request one. Here is the what I want to understand I want a mod that when you type a full char clicking a low lvl char to appear a message in the middle of the screen saying that character has for example: lvl 10 below its attack if you will be punished. I wish this message would be editable in l2jmods.properties so the message appears if you press the CTRL to attack the character. and kill the guy to be ENvA cage for a set time I think this mod has in l2dreams.
