I was wondering how you can level up on a low/mid rate high five server. Because i know after a certain level gaining exp becomes difficult.

Not that simple. You also need to assign a new port to the second gameserver like 7778. Register a new gameserver for the second server.

I completely get what you mean but in this server you wont need to do instances or raids in order to get the best items (unless you want), you just need adena wich there will be plenty of ways to aquire without much effort.

Right now cancel and steal buffs doesnt work retail like on l2j. There is a fix that makes it retail like here: http://www.l2jserver.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=91&t=20257&sid=3f52ff966ef171da252a2b4ae2b8afac&start=45#p160264 but needs testing. Most likely it will soon be retail like at least.

You say you dont want donations but you ask for money giving nothing in return, that sounds like donation to me.

In order to refresh the server this Monday 7/5/2012, S80 Grade Items will be available for everyone through the GM Shop. The farming for these items will be more straight forward than with Dynasty. What that means is that you will only need to speak straight with the GM Shop and you will be able to get your armor and weapons Unsealed and with SA for a certain amount of Apiga Coins. Other Changes: Respawn for Grandbosses will change to a 24 Hour interval. That means the Grand Bosses will respawn 1 time everyday instead of the current 1 time every 2 days. Cloak of Zaken and Cloak of Frintezza will be added to Zaken and Frintezza accordingly. Baylors earing will be added as Drop on Antharas. A simillar deal like with Baium droping 2 different rings. Ancient Adena and Mouse Coins drop rate will change to x5. Ingame you will notice also a few changes & additions wich are of course a work in progress at the momment but it will all be ready and available this Monday. Hope to see you all there.

Bellow there are changes that were made to the server the last few days. Changelog 26/4/2012. Increased TvT Event Mouse Coin and Ancient Adena Rewards by 33%. Increased Auto Vote Rewards by 66%. Increased Insane Crusher Reuse Delay by 20 seconds. Replaced Bayou Fortress with Cloud -beep-tain Fortress. Flag Time Reduced by 50%. Removed Unpopular Farming Spawn locations. PvP Antifeed Interval changed from 120 seconds to 60 seconds. Removed CP Potion Restriction on Flag. Beta Area I have created a new BETA zone in the Dragon Valley Area with Chimeras. These Chimeras drop x2 times the quantity on Adena,Ancient Adena and Mouse Coins. Additionaly they drop Giant Codex and Life Stones with a very low chance of 5%. Last but not least the chance of droping Blessed Enchant Scrolls has been doubled. (Only for the Chimeras) Changelog 29/4/2012. Removed Mana Potion Flag Restriction. Removed Scheme Buffer Flag Restriction. Added 3 seconds reuse delay to mana potion. Fixed a Problem with Orfen. Enabled Hellbound for Beleth. Players over 55 level can now Enter Cruma Tower. Changed Vote Reward Engine checks to 5 minutes. I will focus now on finding a permanent solution to the cancelation skills issue.

This changed a couple of days ago, now you can use mana potions while farming/raiding.

I know how you feel, its hard to make a server like that you describe, today most people when they see x1000+ rates they expect buffers and mana potions.
