If you have ATI Graphic Card, right click on desktop and choose Catalyst Control Center, there you have all settings related with Graphic Card. If you have ATI Card but don't have Catalyst Control Center - you have bad installed driver/not installed. Windows 7 can work even with 1GB (2GB for x64) RAM and 1GHz Processor.
