So you have to add to this skill one line with will decrease critical power (cAtk) for example for 50%, so if you say crit give 3,5k - after modification it should give 1,75k. First I prefered HoN, but after some days spended on LoL, i definetely prefer LoL, champions are great, you can many ways to build them, runes, masteries and much more leaves than in HoN.

There is no tutorial, those methods are very simple, basics from the basics. Text - Find some cool font, correct it with pen tool, than Outer Glow, Inner Glow, Color Overlay - play with colors. Better solution would be: Intel Core i5 750 and Motherboard MSI GD65, and overclock the processor with one button on motherboard (OC Genie). You can do it manualy of course but that's easier, and preformance is much much better than i7. Mine is overclocked to 4GHz with Noctua air cooling. GTS 450 - not worth the price.
