Well, something is not letting you hook a DLL onto your processes. This issue is still unknown, if you ever find the cause, please let me know, :/. Either an anti-virus or windows setting is not allowing the hook.

there should be nothing in your host file. Same with loopback adapters. Also, make sure you run as compatibility mode xp3 and as admin
