tbh there isn't. most of the servers with huge population at start dies within 6 months. (Remember Pyro's paradise - Epic start and now server's closed, lol)

Why do you even bother opening a server, if you know it'll die few weeks (days, tbh) later? + There's millions of ILs like this, why do you think your one will be successful?

Don't be so sure. 'Tezza's 7x server has quite decent amount of peeps online. Might be exception among L2J's tho. But yea, make it high rates better. Bigger chance to get some people.

Never seen a dorf in mass/fullbuffed piwipi, just in sieges sometimes. Everyone mostly farming (spoiling) with them, but who knows, maybe I wasn't online on right time to see the dorfy shining. and yea, I didn't play on mxc.

Dwarfs. Hate them, cause they're boring, useless at piwipi, but have to play them to get precious mats & gears. Also, rofl.

frintezza has a HB server. It's 100x tho, but there isn't whole lot HBs to choose from either.
