Yes, but even with no mastery, tyrant has higher P. Def with heavy than light. And if you draw CON and STR dyes, really, what's the point of wearing light then? Wearing light on tyrant for PvP, imo, is as dumb as still thinking that Doomcryer is ''nuker with cov'' (eh, too bad I didn't take screen when 1 guy said that IG, lol).

Depends on what kind of server you wanna make. If it's 100x and higher rates server, you should add some farm zones, if it's below 100x - no farm zones, leave the farming retail-like. But if you ask exactly my thoughts, I'd say you should leave retail-like farming even if it's 100x+ server.

Not really. There would be only 1 type of nuker/DD/healer/etc. + Everyone will either sub to DC or a human class, won't even talk about balance. I've been searching for IL same race substack ever since frintezza closed. Hopefully I can end my search with this server. @_@

You should add kamaels.. Since it's ''new race'', people are looking forward where to enchant their skills. About rest of it, almost everyone knows what, where & how.

1. Retail enchant rates, with max enchant +18 & +/-80% Blessed scrolls. 2. 1 farming area should be PI for sure. second... abandoned coal mines, school of dark arts or cruma tower maybe. 3. Tattoos, custom economy, some epic masks. 4. Some custom raid bosses which drops RB jewels. 1000x server. And make some custom lvling zone like most of servers (forbidden gateaway like in deathavenue, for example). Btw, we're talking about IL?
