What works on HGs is DS + Critical Stun. Your skillbar will probably look like this - F1 - Attack; F2 - CP Pot; F3 Barrier; F4 - Cripple. Totems are most likely bugged so no point of using it.

No one knows how to play kamalols here. Most of the people are stuck with IL. Try checking official server forums, maybe you can find something useful there.

Depends on the enemy - vs. classes that uses mostly skills (duelist/dagger) I'd take Vesper. Anyway I'd focus on evasion, cause with evasion augment most of class will be able yo hit you only by using skills. And about weapon, yea take the Vesper dagger + CD, guess that's the best choice.

I can find a better use of my money. + I don't have the PC to enjoy playing official. If that was an attempt to flame me, you failed. >.>

Metaphorically speaking. It's virtual, that is, temporary. I don't see a point of giving real money for an temporary armor which can't be used anyhow irl. :P
