this server is realy fail there was a player (I don't remember his name) and had overpowerd stats admins was saying it was donator when I went in farm zone I saw him chating with admin...Admin said you are allways log in with this player log out I want to log in

I'm thinking about making a server and I was wondering what to do... find one dedicated server and pay around 80 euros per month or upgrade my pc? my pc has:INTEL CORE 2 DUO E7500 2.93 GHZ 4 GB DDR2 RAM(I'll upgrade to 8GB) 3x Hard Drives total 600 gb but internet connection : any suggestion?
