I smell scam.Why? 1)Accounts very very cheap 2)He does not provide the registration e-mail 3)He told me in pm that he needs money to open lineage server(CarmineAngelo told me exactly the same thing before he scammed me) So proofs of what I said before: P.S:I don't know if he is trusted or not but I wouldn't trust that guy for sure.
