Lock/Delete post. It isn't bug or something. It doesn't work either. I tried like he said to do (Full inventor and try to take skills). If take skills from NPC, then it says that you can't take skills till you have less than 82% of weight in your inventory or so. And if items full inventory with other items (That doesn't weight 82%), then you take the skills of your prof and you can't take skills of other prof.
