I was testing her at PBE and I got a glitch.. I got double refresh, what i mean I hit Q > R, refreshed, again R (enemy didnt have Q efect on him) R still refreshed..

You changed yor region to PBE ?

By killing him in his jungle while you're trying to counter jungle, by counter ganking him and by being a better ganker and counterjunlger etc. I think i made my point

Imo it's wrong when you have lower than 90% enchant rate, to make max enchant so high at +20.
