for teemo i would suggest quit flat ap blue mr flat yellow armor flat and red m pen or as twitch go for armor pen quit and red yellow armor blue mr per lvl xerath flat mp regen/mpen/flat ap quit/and mr per lvl 3(useless champs i would recomend you not to make unique rune page for each of them)

i had done it several times with fiddle at 1500-1600 in a row

at really early game people rare ward dragon.fiddle can solo it at 6 minutes

kill ur self,pls u max W so u can farm easy and berseker boots go take some tenacity,this build will work on low elo and on normal games ...
