I was looking for a way to customize system msg and place sounds on some of the actions, LineAge Utils has this option but it isnt working with Gracia file the other system editor hasnt this, only color i could change with it other question that i have.. How i skip a msg from showing like, your skill has $$$ seconds reuse time(the thing between skills delay)

what client supports. Works on gracia 2.3 final? it will be less hassle if we know this
